Your Last Real Friend?

Years ago, while I was still working on building my house sitting resume, I decided to start a travel series called Where Am I Wednesday to document… well, where I was. Over time, it’s changed shape a little bit, and now it can involve where my head is just as much as where my feet are planted. Typically, I share each week’s episode on the T.O.F.U. Magazine YouTube channel and other related platforms, but I’m thinking I might shuffle things around and make it more of a regular thing here instead. Time will tell.

For now, I want to pose the question from this week’s episode on this blog as well:

When did you make your last real friend, and how did it happen?

This whole thing partially came about due to me poking around online for travel blogs and looking for like-minded people that might be interested in the experiences I shared through my book. More specifically, posts from Lessons Learned Abroad and The Professional Hobo really helped to spark the question.
