Press | Not So Bon Voyage Podcast Ep. 23

Continuing the podcast press for the new book, I’m happy (at least now that the incident is in my rearview mirror) to report that a story I submitted to the Not So Bon Voyage podcast made it on the show recently.

Although I haven’t talked a lot on here about my issues with immigration while travelling, I can assure you that I have plenty of stories that could fit the theme of this podcast rather well. However, I felt like the best one to submit in line with the release of my book, This Job is Shit, was the story of the trouble I was given by one Irish immigration officer while trying to enter to start my first house sit outside of Canada and the United States.

If you’re interested to find out what happened, and hear about another Canadian that had a far worse experience than I, you can listen to the podcast here.

On a side note, coming from someone who doesn’t spend much (or really any) time listening to podcasts, Not So Bon Voyage is rather entertaining and I recommend you check out past episodes as well. Their story about crossing into Canada and retelling the ordeal of a man who just wanted to keep his elite status with an airline had me laughing and shaking my head plenty.
